Synergy Pharmaceuticals Pipeline
A patented drug candidate that targets GC-C receptors in the GI tract. Plecanatide, formerly known as SP-304, is being developed to treat GI disorders, including chronic constipation and IBS-C.

Plecanatide completed a Phase IIa clinical trial in chronic constipation patients in 2010.


SP-333

A second-generation Synergy drug candidate that targets GC-C receptors in the GI tract, and is being developed to treat ulcerative colitis.
