SP-304
A patented drug candidate that targets GC-C receptors in the GI tract. SP-304 is being developed to treat GI disorders, including chronic constipation and IBS-C. The drug candidate completed its initial Phase I safety trial in volunteers, and is scheduled to enter a Phase 2a clinical trial in chronic constipation patients in early 2010.

A second-generation Synergy drug candidate that targets GC-C receptors in the GI tract, and is in preclinical development to treat GI diseases.
